I enjoyed a spacious room and the hotel’s proximity to beautiful Lake Opeka, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and being a short distance from MB Financial Park at Rosemont, which is great for grabbing a bite or catching a show. as a solo traveler, it was just what I needed for my weekend getaway.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Des Plaines with reasonable value. The shuttle service was helpful, getting us to the airport without issue. Make sure to check the shuttle times before your flight for better planning.

The location of the hotel near O'Hare was super convenient for our late-night flight arrival. The continental breakfast was decent, offering a variety of options that kept us fueled for our travels. Our room was spacious, making it comfortable for the family. However, we faced a big issue during our arrival when the front desk was unattended for at least 30 minutes at 10 PM. After a long journey from Italy, we were exhausted and frustrated waiting to check in. Also, we encountered inconsistent shuttle service. Initially, we were misinformed and ended up taking a $69 taxi instead of using the shuttle. Finding out there was a shuttle waiting outside upon our arrival felt like a significant oversight. Overall, our stay provided some comforts, but communication and staff availability need improvement.
